 We do not have a print catalogue. By the time we could get a catalogue printed, it would be out of date! With a web store, we can offer the latest designs and seasonal specialties.

 When you order an item from our store, you will receive the item shown in the picture. If that piece is not available but a similar piece is in stock, we will contact you to see if you would accept the substitute.

 Some designs are made only once. When sold, that item will be removed from the sale.

 We ship to addresses within the U.S., Canada and internationally. Shipping costs are determined by both the size and the weight of the item(s) being shipped.

 Jewelry includes precious metals and gemstones. We encourage buyers to purchase insurance.

 All items shipped outside the U.S. and Canada must be insured.

 We do combine shipping costs on items we have in stock.

 We prefer PayPal. We will accept US$ money orders and cashier's checks drawn on a U.S. bank for the exact amount of the purchase only.

 It is not possible to add an item to a paid order.

 Our privacy policy is straightforward: your information is not for sale and we do not share information with anyone.

The bottom line: We promise to treat you the way we want to be treated.

 Unless it is a custom order, your item should ship within two business days of cleared payment.

 Arrangements for expedited shipping or gift shipments can be made at the time of purchase.

 International shipments are sent via US Postal Service Global Priority or First Class Airmail. Although the advertised estimated delivery time is 5-10 days, we have found that some packages take up to five weeks due to customs and heightened security inspections.

 Shipments within the U.S. are sent either First Class or Priority Mail, with an estimated 3 to 6-day delivery. You will receive email notification when the item is shipped.

 The shipping cost for multiple items combined shipping is based on several components: the shipping address, the weight, and the size.

 A shipment to an address in the U.S. and Canada costs less expensive than an international shipment.

 The item that is most expensive to ship determines the base shipping charge.

 Additional items will incur additional shipping costs if their added weight increases the base shipping costs.

 You will receive email notification of tracking numbers.

 Because custom orders take additional time, we prefer not combine shipping on in-stock items with custom orders.

 Rather than maintain costly retail gallery space, we sell on-line and pass the savings on to you.

 Our pieces are sometimes available in specialty boutiques and galleries. Check our site frequently for announcements about gallery shows.

 If you would like to be notified about special shows, events, or sales, please send us an email. We will add your name to our mailing list. We do not share customer information with anyone.

Does Bejeweled Lion have a store?

 Please contact us if you need to return any item for any reason.

 Defective items will be remade and reshipped at our expense and with innumerable apologies. Please contact us immediately if you receive anything that is not to your standards!

 Shipping fees are not refundable unless an item is defective.

 Custom orders are not returnable unless the item is defective.

  If an item was damaged in shipping, please keep all packing materials.

 Except for custom orders, items may be exchanged for other items totaling equal or greater value. The original item must be returned to us in good condition before a replacement can be shipped. Shipping charges for exchanges are not refundable. Replacement items are subject to new shipping charges.

 Merchandise returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.

 Refunds will be made through Paypal for Paypal payments or, for other payment methods, by company cheque.

 We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with the item you received, we will remake it.

 Many of our components are made by individual artisans around the world. We purchase from them in good faith, but even the best quality control can miss a problem. If we cannot replace the component, we will redesign the piece to meet your satisfaction.

 Our experience has been that most gemstones have been treated to enhance their color or to stabilize the stones. We note any known treatments in the item descriptions.
